I bought my first Saab, and 83 900T on the IDS (International Diplomatic Sales) Program, while I was stationed at SHAPE, Belgium. If you are overseas and order through a dealer there it is cheaper than a dealer in the States. If you order from a dealer in the States, the price is supposedly cheaper, but includes shipment of your new Saab back to the States. Some dealers may not want to participate because they feel they are loosing money. If possible, shop around...
