Seems like he just put it back where it belongs. I don't think Saab do anything to detune in the UK. The basic spec 9-3 and 9-5 is 150 BHP up to 210 BHP for the 9-3 Aero and 250 BHP for the 9-5 Aero. If that's not enough, Hirsch Performance have partnered with Saab for greater spec enhancements. I don't think Saab make (or made) a 110 BHP 9-3 model, but since the original poster was no doubt spamming anyway, the information posted was most likely erroneous.
