I have had this one since '92 i.e. I picked it up new in Gothenburg. Still under warranty it got new brake discs. Two times!!! within one year!!! and then I had them machined (turned) twice and replaced two more times since. I already learnt to live with this. I heard all sorts of SF stories about asbestos-free brake pads being the reason (worse conductivity = worse heat transfer). And now when I'm just ready to have it scrapped one mechanic told me that the brake claws are faulty (not straight) so, during braking they clamp the discs but also bend them. Has anyone of you ever experienced anything like this? Regards, Andy
