I tried to do a small tubeless wheelbarrow tire with my compressor (fairly good size) and I could not get enough air into it fast enough to seat it. I ended up having a local tire guy do it for me. It might have worked better if I had a clamp on chuck so that both hands were free to seat/seal the tire but it seemed to me like I just needed a lot more air pushing around inside.
