The entire Maritimes is a wefare case partcularly Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. There is some excuse for Newfoundland and P.E.I. You best export is the brains of those who get out and a lot do. Anything more than Peggy,s Cove, Lunenberg and the Cabot Trail is paid for by Upper Canadians MWM
