I live where temps go from 100+ in the Summer to -10 below in the Winter and few cars care. Most start a little slower when it's cold. It's been years since I've seen a temp related problem. We used to see them a lot in the old carburetor days when the choke would not set properly. That doesn't count with fuel injection. I'd think you still have a wiring problem. For some reason the ECU is not getting the message that it's cold and is not supplying the additional cold start fuel. I don't know if your motor has a cold start injector but that might be something to look at. Bob
