My 9-3 fan stops operating and also takes out the cruise and power windows and heated seats. Being in Australia with 38c heat, no a/c and unable to get the windows down is like hell. But out of the blue it all powers up again. I've checked the relays under the steering wheel and all are fine. It seems like it may be the ignition switch losing power to the accessories. I can duplicate it without the engine going by turning the ignition switch on and off untill I can get it to fault. Even stranger is the power can go from the fan/windows/cruise by activating the heated seats or changing the fan speed or turning the cruise on. Any suggestions would be appreciated
