The wind noise comes when the doors (or moon roof) are not aligned or the gasket is weak.. My 9000 is very quite, however I don't know if the aerodynamics are better given the wind screen is flatter and rear is not as sloped as the 900 hatch.. I think the 9000 looks a bit better for a sedan than the classic 900..
