It's been a little while since I read the TSB on this one... but I 
seem to recall that you drain, fill it with synthetic, run for 
a little while, drain again and refill with synthetic. 
I seem to recall that the "run time" for the flush run was
fairly short and I've seen some posters recommend an hour on 
the road.
