Subject: '95 9000CS Turning signal failure

Hi, Recently I noticed that my right turning signal sometimes fails. I don't mean as in a single broken bulb front or rear, but the whole right side, including the ticking sound and the dashboard light as well just stops. Mostly it works, and then sometimes It just stops blinking. When I turn it of and on again a couple of times, it starts again, or remains not functioning. To the left side there's never a problem. 4 way Hazard light also always works fine. Can it be that the switch in the steeirng colums is lame? Are they easy to replace DIY? Costly? Also the seat heaters seem not to function anymore. I checked the fuses, but the're all OK. The relais switch in the dash makes no sound (it used to make an electrical tick sound when turning on or of). Replace the switches? Thanks, Nel
