A bad dealer can sour anyone on any car. I could just as easily write a page describing how, on two different occasions, at two different dealers, a decade in time apart from each other, my dealer and Saab have gone way above and beyond their obligations to make good on problems. While it is unfortunate that Andy had these problems, it isn't typical by any means. It does underscore the importance of making sure that you have a dealership who has a good reputation for doing the right thing, however. Dave Hinz
