It's been a problem since they went to the foam-backed fabric in the early model 99's. The 96's didn't have the problem, as it was fabric stretched over a frame, rather than a glue-in. The Saab-Fairchild 340 (commuter plane, I think I have the designation right) also suffers from headliner droop in the "corners" of each panel, I've noticed on 2 out of 2 flights on one. > notes from the front? Sure. If you're in a USA'n location, go to a Napa store and buy some of their "Headliner Retainers" - plastic screw-type things that hold the fabric up to the shell. I also note that your shift key seems not to work very well, but I'm guessing that's not the sort of observation you were seeking. Dave Hinz
