Heh, I lived in Las Cruces in the mid '70's and there were 3 SAABs in town. My two and another, I think '68 V4 96, which had a Ford Falcon carb and a radiator from a God-knows-what. However these days, parts are just an internet click away. In Golden, CO, even Checker's looks at you like you are for real when you mention SAAB (maybe not where you are). I remember when they would think you were from Mars. Front calipers for $35 each/exchange? Can't spend too much time fussing with used parts at that price! Rims are $45 each if they were nice, Mile Hi in Denver sells the lesser ones for $20 (87 and older). I'd give her $50 if she doesn't put the rims back on. They'd be nice for studded snow tires.
