Easy to check for leaks. Find the little black pump as described below. Mine has two tubes coming out of it but only one hose attached. It can be put back on the wrong tube!! Take the hose off and suck hard on it. You should be able to work the throttle before you go dizzy. Cruise does not work below 25mph.
