You've got to remove the undertray/covers from the bottom, to get at the back of the foglight. It can be really awkward, as the screws seize to clip on the other side, when they seize, the clip gets pulled off the top section, leaving you with a screw that just spins. If that happens, best bet is to cut around the screws and then secured it with some self tappers afterwards.
