Hard to blame that on the car. > 5) Front fog light broken > I can't blame this on Saab. It was likely broken by a stone. Yup. In my case it was a racoon, but you'd have noticed that I'm sure ;) > 6) Both front fog light bulbs burnt out. > 7) Rear tail light bulb burnt out. Dunno. They've been using cables for the throttle for 20-some years (maybe closer to 30) so I'd think it's figured out by now. Unusual. > 12) I have abnormal tire wear. It doesn't go out of alignment without, er, help. Rear-ending, for instance... see above comment about the body shop who didn't do the whole job. If it's odd wear on the back, or even the front, I'd ask them to do a 4-wheel alignment. > 13) Bad customer service: (snip of 5 good reasons to find a better dealer) > 14) Road Side Assistance: > My car broke down when I was over 100 miles away from home. You do need a different dealer. > Or perhaps I am expecting too much? Some of your bad luck is "shit happens", and some of it is improper repairs or a dealer lying (brake fluid leaks are normal?!?!?!?!??!). In either case, I'd find another dealer. Dave Hinz
