NS = Near-side (as opposed to off-side). The side nearest the kerb when
parking on the left of the road.

Passenger side to me, driver's side to you. This is the side where you've
suggested I re-locate the steering wheel to (you do call it a steering
wheel?). The wings are mounted where you guys usually have fenders.
