Depends who reconditioned the gearbox. In the UK, a reconditioned box is around £500, and takes say 8 hours to fit. A new clutch is £120, and doesn't add any time to the job. If you assume an hourly rate of £50, that comes to just about £1000, or US$1600. -- Grunff
