It's pretty technical - I usually push against the door just below the door lock, or otherwise pull the handle (both when the door is closed)! The noise/vibration isn't there all the time - sometimes just opening and closing the door itself is enough to stop it temporarily. I also hear the noise when the sound system has a good bass beat. I'm in two minds whether to get the dealer to look at it - after all it could make it worse, and I'm training myself to not hear it. I will ask at first service anyway and let you know if they say anything intelligent..
