This information is very useful, but I don't want to resort to tinkering, I can wait for my T16. After all, my car is alive and well - it's 1986 VW Passat with a 55 bhp Diesel engine. It has over 300 000 km on the clock and still causes no problems (unless the temperature drops to -20C). It's a very, very tame workhorse - I'm looking forward to feel the difference when I finally drive my own Saab.. -- Regards, Wojciech Setlak
