That's what I feel also when driving my 9000 5-speed. What bothers me is when I have occasionally let others drive and they shift from 2nd to 5th, or drive along in 5th gear going 30 MPH. I'm sitting there cringing, trying to bit my tongue, and I usually end up speaking. I know a man who damaged his transmission on his 900 by hardly ever shifting. Saabs were built to be driven hard.
