Over the years, I have also changed all of these parts on my 9000. I agree with Fred. Taking the old stuff off is the worst part of the job. Installing used exhaust items is just as bad and, as Fred points out, you will likely have to do the work again soon. Besides, if you buy a Walker (or Starla) muffler, it comes with a lifetime warranty on the part. BTW, Starla (the Saab OEM brand for that car) is owned by Walker and is sold under the Walker brand in North America. These parts are readily available at a reasonable price from many online parts dealers. My recommendation is not to get Maremont because they sell the tailpipe separately from the muffler and it ends up costing more. Also, be sure to note that there are different muffler/tailpipe part numbers for the hatchback than for the sedan and the entire exhaust system is different depending on if it is a turbo or not.
