That's why I'd be concerned that this guy can't produce any service records at least from his tenure. Sounds to me like he was a slacker and didn't service the car regularly... By the way a 4 year old car with 45k miles is actually on the low side. Also, the 99 9-3's are going for around 11-12k at the dealers around these parts. Do your pricing homework at dealers in your area (there is no shortage of 99 9-3's at the dealer lots) and then knock some off because this is a private sale and the seller will not be gauranteeing anything. -Fred
