Now, I want to qualify all this by saying "in the USA" and "my knowledge is limited". I'm not sure if this changed during the NG900 years (94-98). That said, there was a bright red, one stage, looks like a fire engine or Ferrari red. There was also a slightly metallic, a little more towards the maroon side - but not much - clear coat red. Visit the local auto supply store's paint department. They can show you the color on a paint chip or perhaps, just perhaps, a can of touch up paint.
