Although, the 2 clutch slave cylinders is odd; whoever put in the first one obviously screwed up the job; I did mine with the rest of the clutch around 200K miles, more because it was in my hand and part of the clutch kit than due to any problems with it. It's all about a car's history. Service, but also physical. Most (all?) states requre flood damage to show up on a title, but it would be interesting to see a report on the history of the car, especially where and when the gaps in the service history show up.
