There is not one. The manual is either a) in the door b) in the pouch on the side on the center console in the passenger footwell. The GC was removed in favor of an airbag which was mandated in '94. Just take a perusal of the manual when you find it. Lost of interesting features, but not always where they would be in an American or Japanese car. Rear wiper is a switch on the right stalk.
