Perhaps it's a spring that is not at the proper orientation ? They sit in a groove at the bottom and the end point of the spring has to match the end of the groove and butt up against the little stop. They might have missed in the spring installation. You can feel the spring end and the little stop if you reach into the spring cup (bottom) and feel around carefully. Compare the two sides of your car - the springs should be installed with the same orientation against the stop. Bob
