Hi,

As the other guys say, it is almost certainly the heater matrix, it is
possible to replace it, the matrix is available from German Swedish and
French, the after market bits company. (About £60.00 + VAT) It dosen't have
such a fine matrix as the original one but I'm assured that it wont fail as
quickly either. I understand that it is a weak spot on the 9000 range.

I did mine, what a pain, I still have the cuts on my arms to prove it. If
you need further help let me know.
