The 9000 was never fitted with self-leveling and therefore the fitment of bi-xenon to a UK car is an extremely expensive modification. I do not know how your local laws are. The "self leveling" is in respect to the headlights not the suspension. Cars with self leveling bi-xenon headlights have a mechanism to adjust the beam up/down as the car is driven.
