The harnesses are available from Saab. Unfortunately, the best price I could find two years ago was $660 for the main engine harness, and about the same for the fuel injection harness. The main harness is a horror to replace - it is just a big pile of wires with terminals - no connector blocks attached at all. You have to remove the old blocks and reuse them, and plug the terminals into the fuse panel wire by wire. The thought of it still makes me shudder. The fuel injection harness is dead easy to replace - plug and play.
