Just get a repair kit at your SAAB dealer - some small rubber seals - US$10 at the most. In the UK, it's no longer possible to source seals for most master cylinders (brake and clutch). However, if you can get hold of them, and if the bore is in good condition, then yes, it's a perfectly good way of repairing it. -- Grunff
