I would say definitely bentley....i've used it on my 87 900, and now for my 92 900, and it's covered everything i've ever had to do.... serious jobs too- and it goes into great detail... I've found the Haynes in general to not be very helpful- too general- but i'v never used the saab haynes manual, so I can't comment directly...
