If you could the grill out without breaking it , you would still have to get past the A/C "radiator". I don't think you can. But, perhaps you could get to the mounting screws and drop it. The problem I see is that the grill will not come out without resorting to breaking it. WIth the hood up, I can remove it without tools in 3 seconds. With the hood down, I don't think it can be done without snapping the clips. Bob
