As the fault has only started since you had new tyres then it's possible whoever fotted/removed the wheels knocked a sensor, moving it further away from the toothed ring. Or the toothed ring has become crakced somehow, perhaps just by conicidence. Take it to a mechanic and have them check the gaps for the sensors and the condidtion of the ring for cracks/ missing teeth etc. Or just take the wheels off and check yourself.
