My record with Saabs has been pretty bad, and I'm considering buy my fourth Saab now. I'm considering it not because of the reliability record but because the Saab has a unique list of features, which I think I've posted here before. I bought my 1995 9000CS in June 2000. It has died on the road three times. First, the pully on the serpentine belt gave out. Then the fuel pump went out, on Christmas Eve. Then the water pump siezed. Had to have the car towed all these three times. I've had many other expensive repairs done, too. Recently, I had my water pump and radiator replaced. Tom Reingold Noo Joizy, USA
