However, I have fond memories of my student days in Copenhagen. At that time there were boats crossing over to Sweden. As the boats were in "international waters", they could serve up tax free booze. However, tax free floating restaurants were not allowed, hence they had to be genuine transport vessels ferrying passengers to Malmoe in Sweden and charging a proper fare. Nevertheless free tickets were easily obtained all over the place and the passengers were looped through the Swedish customs and immediately back onto the boat for the return journey. The atmosphere on the boats quickly went into overdrive as people wanted to make the most out of this opportunity. Johannes http://sizefitter.com
