Didn't read the low voltage bit right. Keep an eye the voltage whilst driving. If it dips below 13.3 regularly chances are the brushes are badly worn in the alternator. You can fit a new regulator / brush box but the inlet manifold will need to come off, or that's how I did it. Your local garage will probably suggest a replacement alternator.
