The car was designed for NGK plugs; the platinum (Bosch, right?) plugs seem like they'd be better, but they aren't for that car. Go get a set of NGKs from the dealer & start from there if there are any problems left. Look at it this way - with all of the Bosch electronics in the car, if Bosch was the right plug for it, they would use them from the factory. We get a lot of folks coming in with spark-sounding problems and those plugs; I can't think of a time when going to the stock plugs didn't make them happy. Dave Hinz
