The Classics did not have electronic traction control - the layout of the engine and transmission seem to result in better traction and control in the snow. We need to do an objective test of a Classic verus a NG Saab with the same tires in the snow. I drive Classics and I have heard experienced Saab technicians repeat the reason above for the better performance in the snow of the Classic. meld_b wrote: > Thanks for the tips!
