It may not be a TSB, but it might be replacable under "customer satisfaction". 1) he could be lying. 2) he could not know. 3) he could be telling the literal truth. (but not the actual one) 4) He could just not want to be bothered. I *think* that the design problem I have heard of most is the one for the 9-5 or 9-3, and *that* one might have been replaced. Not having a 900, nor privy to such information, I can't say more. Harvey
