The difference in handling on my "99 9-3 was phenomenal after going to the 205/55/16. No longer did the car act squirrelly in the grooves of our local interstate 70. I once again had the feeling the car would be in the very center of the lane even if I fell asleep for a few minutes (not that I recommend that). Specifically, Sumotomo HTR4, have been quiet, stable, and decent in snow at under $70 each form Tire Rack, although they have replaced by SRIXON4. And I clocked the speedometer with stopwatch and checked the odometer. They are accurate to about 1-2%.
