My Avo'd T16 doesn't like speed bumps almost exactly as you describe although beeing able to take the chicane at Bruntingthorpe at 90mph makes up for it ;-). You may find that lobbing a set of Chassis Dynamics/Avo (or other similar) springs on sorts it. Its caused by the damper being shorter than standard. Whack em up a few clicks and see. Cheers Matt
