I drove Hondas, Toyotas, Fords, Volvos, Saabs, BMWs, and Audis with manual transmissions. The MR2 manual with the high revving engine was fun. The Audi Quattro had one of the smoothest manuals I ever drove. The Volvo M46 is one of the easiest to drive, perfect for a beginner. The Classic manual has a well earned reputation for being "difficult", but if you can drive a Classic with a manual, you can drive any manual. meld_b wrote: > No - it was a manual.
