Hi, I have had this issue with my 93 (2000) , at higher speeds it was popping as the seal was broken, easy to fix you can get the door adjusted so it latches tighter or worse case get the door pillars "adjusted" inwards at the dealer or a panel shop, have had this done but not on a Saab though.
