It's not too difficult to remove the door panel. 1. Remove the plugs that cover the retaining screws. Two on the arm rest, and one on the plastic panel behind the inner door pull. 2. Remove the three screws ( torx bit I can't recall the size # 20 I think ) 3. There is a plastic rivet on the under side of the door panel that needs to be removed. 4. The door panel simply snaps onto the door. Carefully pull from the outer edges and the panel will come away from the door. 5. The plastic trim around the door window needs to be pried up in order for the panel to come free from the door. Pry very carefully especially if it is cold, the plastic will be brittle and more prone to breaking. 6. Repeat the above steps in reverse or to replace the panel.
