It has a specific name I can't think of right now - but basically it looks like a threaded burr. Some folks suggest heating up the head a bit by passing hot water through the cooling system after removing the thermostat before trying to remove studs - but I've never tried it. Once you've got all the holes empty - you will want to *very carefully* clean out the female threads with a tap set and, assuming you haven't botched the job and the threads were not messed up in the first place - reinstall the studs with OEM items from your local dealership and onward from there. Never hurts to have the manifold 'skimmed' at a machine shop while you have it out. Assuming you mean NG900 - all the same except that you will want to remove the turbo and associated plumbing, grill, inter-cooler, radiator and AC cores and perhaps the front upper cross member before getting into the studs because any sort of 'slippage' with your angle drill will be expensive and the transverse engine is very closely fitted in there. As to the body kit for either - hit saabnet or ebay and ask around. Lots of after market suppliers - you will have to color match if its a painted item. Cheers and good luck. -- J Dexter - webmaster - http://www.dexterdyne.org/ all tunes - no cookies no subscription no weather no ads no news no phone in - RealAudio 8+ Required - all the Time Radio Free Dexterdyne Top Tune o'be-do-da-day The Razorbacks - Can't Keep my Baby in Shoes http://www.dexterdyne.org/888/195.RAM
