Jason Saab 95 production ended in 1978, so you can't be asking about a "'99 Saab 95". If you are asking about the Saab 9-5: * Make sure the car can not move (reverse gear + handbrake). * Lay on your back on the ground with your head in front of the right front wheel. * Look up and find filter compartment. * Remove four torx(tm) screws holding bottom of air filter compartment. * Remove one hex screw holding right side of front spoiler and bend front spoiler slightly to free bottom of air filter compartment. * Remove bottom of air filter compartment. * Remove air filter. * Assembly is reverse of disassembly. -- G–ran Larsson http://www.nospam.com/saab/
