Yes, they HAVE assembled SAABs in Belgium, the 99 from 1973-1978, VIN
99737000001 to 99787001800. Note the second '7' in the VIN.
IIRC also a few 93 and 96 were assembled in Uruguay (or was it Paraguay? - I
keep mixing those up).
