Doors are usually adjusted at the striker plate, not the hinge. ON your 'vert, you can make them a little tighter and, along with lubricating the seals, that might make the noise stop. If your seals are too far gone they'd probably need replacement. The way to test that it's the window making noise is to drive along while it's making noise and put your fingers up against the top edge of the window. Wedge them between the seal and the window and see if you are affecting the noise.
