I am having this same problem but with the front passenger window. The dealership told me over the phone it would be $286 to replace the entire switch box, that is kind of pricey! How does one "polish" the contacts? Is it really difficult? I can try to pry off the switch box with a putty knife, I have a 99 9-5 SE. THanks!
